轻钢别墅(8)轻钢别墅的与钢筋混凝土住宅相比,由于轻钢结构的钢材以后可以循环使用,但混凝土不能循环使用,以后肯定是建筑垃圾,造成环境压力并且,混凝土要40年时间才能全部干燥,因此容易造成室内湿气、潮湿,不利于人体健康。但是轻钢结构完全不用混凝土,因此不存在这个问题。
